Ordering
How to Place an Order
Placing an order is a multi-step process. After all of the steps have been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know we have received your order.
Your Shopping Cart
To add an item to your cart, simply click on the "Buy Now" button of the book you would like to purchase. This will place the item you have selected into your shopping cart. At this time, you may change the quantity if you would like more than one. The system will only allow you to select up to the quantity we have on stock. Changing the quantity of an item to zero "0" will delete the item from your cart. Once you are satisfied, you may either continue shopping, or you may continue on to the checkout process.
Checkout
When you are ready to checkout, be sure that you are on the ShoppingCart page. Once there, you can make adjustments to the quantities of the items you have in your cart. When you are satisfied, clicking on the "Checkout" button will take you through the following process:
Step 1
First, you will be prompted to logon to your account (if you are not already logged on). If you do not yet have an account, create one at this time.
Step 2
Now, you will be asked whether you wish to use the Secure or Non-Secure gateway. Using the Secure gateway is HIGHLY recommended, as it will protect your information via SSL. If your browser does not support SSL, you may use the Non-Secure gateway.
Step 3
You will now be presented with a screen asking you for your billing and shipping information. If you have ordered from us in the past, these fields may already be filled in. At any time, if you would like to make the shipping information the same as the billing, simply click on the "same as billing" checkbox, and it will populate the data for you.
Step 4
You are now presented with a form asking you for your payment/shipping information. If you have been issued a coupon code, enter it in the supplied box. Select the credit card type you would like to use, and enter the card number and expiration date. Next select the shipping type you would like to use.
Step 5
Your order has now been placed with our system. You will be presented with an order confirmation number at this time, as well as an automatically generated e-mail. You will be notified via e-mail as your order status is changed.

Security
Yes, we have it! We have 128-bit SuperCert Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption available on our website. To use it, simply select the "Secure" gateway when going to checkout. This will prevent anyone except us from being able to read your personal information on your order. In addition, all customer information stored in our databases are encrypted using a proven industry standard hashing algorithm. Even if our site is hacked, the data recovered would be useless to the attacker(s), as it would be encrypted. Bottom line - your data is safe with us!
Tracking
To track the status of your order, logon to your account, and click on "Order Tracking". This page will show you all of the various orders currently placed, and their current status. Please note that the DHL tracking system is not real-time, so may not immediately show that status of your package, even though our system reports it as "shipped".
